New Apartments in North London
This development consists of a new one storey deep basement and a four storey tall reinforced concrete structure. The basement area formed the full extent of the site and consists of contiguous piles, installed using a CFA piling technique to minimise vibration.

Technical Information
This project consists of over 1000m3 of concrete and 180 tonnes of steel rebar. This 4 storey structure sits on a piled foundation under the basements suspended slab.
Included in the design are a range of transfer slabs, adding to the complexity of rebar detailing and concrete design.
