When constructed in 2007 this was the tallest building in the Golden Triangle area standing at 86 metres.
To this day its distinctive shape can be seen for miles around from the M4 corridor.
This £35 million project was constructed using a secant piled basement, reinforced concrete cores and structural steel frame with insitu concrete metal deck floors.
Cladding comprises of planar glass.
The means of escape stairs are bespoke steel folded plates.
