The building has been stripped back to shell and core and now features new floors and ceilings with new mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The reception area has a triple-height illuminated stone portal and full height glazing featuring stone flooring, feature walls and an award-winning, bespoke lighting design.
One of the key challenges of the project is the interface with the railway system as the site is directly above Fenchurch Street railway terminus with associated trackside works and a refurbishment of the station’s listed stone entrance façade.
