Carpenter’s House is a Grade II listed building located in the western part of the Mayfair Conservation Area in the City of Westminster, London.

We have been appointed to reinstate its structure and to prevent its collapse. Thorough analysis of the building’s current condition has been carried out.

Challenge

Complex issues arose due to the building is considered as high historical significance and all Georgian timber should be retained where possible. Our goal is to ensure the Carpenter’s House stands for generations to come.
